UX Portfolio


While I’ve done my fair share of wireframes, I’ve always found my greatest satisfaction in user research. I’m particularly keen on improving workflows for internal users, who often get left out in the cold. That’s unfortunate, because making workflows better is something that should make everyone — biz folks, devs, and yes, users — happy! I also value the ability of research and prototypes to start and structure conversations, as well as to create a a center point for cross-team collaboration.
