UX Portfolio

When it comes to UX design, I know my limits: I’m happy to sketch or make some lo-fi wireframes and that’s about it. Research, on the other hand, is something that lets me go down rabbit holes of discovery, which includes both external, user-facing research, and internal “why do we do it this way?” research. I’ve found that both approaches are necessary to making sure that users get a voice in making products, and I’ve had occasion to use them frequently when pushing for organizational change.
